Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, your counselor will help you identify limiting beliefs and problematic coping mechanisms that may be standing in your way of living a fulfilling life.  Many clients report rapid progress due to the effectiveness of the approaches we employ.  All communications with your counselor are kept strictly confidential.

We accept many insurance plans and provide services on a sliding scale fee basis for those whose insurance does not cover services offered.
